We begin where everything actually begins — in you. Attachment wounds, core identity, the stories your nervous system has been running since childhood. Daily practice protocols built for your specific pattern: your terrain, your depletion, your particular flavor of being human. You cannot offer a depth of healing you have not visited in yourself.
II - The Plant Path
Herbal Alchemy as clinical foundation. Pattern Medicine as your diagnostic lens. Real herbalism — functional, soulful, precise. Formulation. Materia medica. The science that earns you the right to call yourself an herbalist, and the devotion that makes that title mean something.

What this asks of you

This container will ask you to look at the places you have been looking away from. The wound you've been unaware of, or perhaps aware but medicating instead of metabolizing. The identity you've outgrown but haven't yet given yourself permission to shed.
It will ask you to be precise when you want to be vague, vulnerable when you want to be polished, and patient with a transformation that moves at the speed of real things — soil, root, season.
It will also ask you to invest — in time, in presence, and financially — at a level that signals to your own nervous system: I am serious about this life.
