The Pattern Medicine container is comprised of five sessions of the deepest clinical work I offer — designed to find the root beneath the root, and finally give it a name.

A 5-session 1:1 process for working with the deeper patterns shaping your emotional, physiological, and lived experience.

This work is for people who feel like they’ve “done a lot”—mentally, emotionally, or even physically—but still notice certain patterns or symptoms have not fully shifted.

Often this shows up as cycles that repeat, chronic health symptoms, or chronic stress patterns in the body that haven’t responded to other approaches.

Pattern Medicine bridges nervous system regulation, functional understanding of the body, herbal energetics, and subconscious pattern work to address what sits underneath surface-level change.

Pattern Medicine: The Arc

How the 5 sessions work:

Each session builds on the last, creating a progressive arc of insight and integration:

  1. Mapping core patterns across emotional, behavioral, and physical experience. Review of health history (from completed intake forms).

  2. Nervous system assessment and regulation mapping

  3. Subconscious and adaptive pattern identification.

  4. Integration, stabilization, and embodiment of new patterns

  5. Full integration of clinical, lifestyle, nutritional, and emotional resources


Functional + herbal medicine integration (supporting the system based on presentation, not diagnosis alone) and Shamanic Reiki are woven into every session. Between sessions, your system continues to reorganize as awareness and regulation capacity increase.

This work does not isolate symptoms from the system they arise in—it looks at how physiology, lived experience, and patterning inform one another over time.
